PROMOTUR system is a multilingual audiovisual content generator system that will allow its users to generate new textual and multimodal content for the promotion of the tourism sector. The target user group of this system is SMEs in the tourism sector. In the development of this system, we will take advantage of the current state-of-the-art knowledge on AI and PLN, while generating new knowledge on the adaptation and optimisation of generative AI. For this purpose, corpus linguistics methods combined with Big Data will be applied to compile datasets and optimised corpora from both new and existing datasets.

The ultimate purpose of these corpora will be to fit the models to the tourism domain, ensure optimal performance of their responses and mitigate the negative effects of biases and hallucinations inherent to generative AI. The models developed in the project will be integrated into a web-based system that will offer users the possibility to adapt and generate social media content from videos.

In this way, a company in the tourism sector that has monolingual audiovisual content can adapt it to different languages, generate new content in text format, improve the quality of its videos and even generate new videos. This will not only improve the global reach of such companies, but it will also improve the user experience by making the content more accessible.
