EUROPHRAS 2015 Conference and MUMTTT2015 Workshop are to announce two research awards:
BEST PAPER BY A YOUNG RESEARCHER AWARD*
Shiva Taslimipoor (University of Wolverhampton), Cross-Lingual Extraction of Multiword Expressions
All participants under 36 who have paid the corresponding registration fee will be entered automatically for the Best Paper by a Young Researcher Award. The award consists of the corresponding certificate and a lunch for two in one of the best restaurants in Malaga.
* Only papers written by one or two authors will be considered. If the paper is written in co-authorship, both authors must fulfill the requirements.
BEST PAPER BY WOMAN AWARD*
Zuriñe Sanz Villar (Universidad del País Vasco) German-into-Basque/Spanish translation of binomials in a paralell and multilingual corpus.
All participating women who have paid the corresponding registration fee will be entered automatically for the Best Paper by a Woman Award. The award consists of the corresponding certificate and a lunch for two in one of the best restaurants in Malaga.
* Only papers written by one or two women will be considered.
Winner names will be revealed on 1st July 2015.
NOTE: Authors that are eligible for both awards should express their preference. Papers can only opt for one award.
